About

The refugee shelter is located in a quite back street in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg. Up to 147 women, men and children from all over the world live here. Most of them are war refugees or asylum seekers who can not return to their home countries for various reasons. We offer social counselling and support regarding administrative and bureaucratic matters and help to find German classes.

The staff at this refugee shelter are truly remarkable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help those in need and make them feel welcomed. I am grateful for all that they do.

The services provided by this shelter are invaluable to those seeking asylum. The social counselling and support regarding administrative and bureaucratic matters is especially helpful.

I was able to witness firsthand the positive impact this shelter has on the lives of those who use its services. The German classes offered here are a great way for refugees to learn a new language and integrate into their new community.
